Ultrasound Day!

Today was the day... I actually have little information to share with you. We got some cute profile pictures of the baby, and the ultrasound technician let us guess at the gender. It looked very much like a boy! She wouldn't give her opinion until we gave ours, and then she very much agreed. So maybe the last ultrasound was too early to check gender or the nurse didn't really know what was going on...but it is indeed a BOY!
Besides that I have to wait to find out about the health of the baby. Some radiologist has to talk to my doctor and then my doctor will tell me how my baby is doing. I don't know why, but this time around I'm much more nervous about the baby's health. Maybe just because I was sick a while back and was more exhausted than I've ever felt before in my life. Britton was watching her take all the pictures of the body parts and he said everything looked good.
So we're excited for a boy! We have all the stuff! We just need a name now. We've all had girl baby on the brain and haven't given much thought to boy names yet. So if you have any suggestions, let me know!
Here's a picture of me and the belly so you know what he looks like from the outside these days.

Yay!! Boys are great! And now you can have matching outfits! Although, I was hoping to offload all of Olivia's baby clothes to you guys....next time, I guess. :) I like the name Aaron. :)

Hope the rest of the pregnancy goes smoother for you. I was a lot more tired with #2 and #3 as well. I think it's because you have to chase around #1 child all day.

yeah for boys! I think you should name him Kate, after me. Just kidding.
Good luck with the names. Picking names for us was a labor intensive activity.
I second Erin's choice of Aaron. He should be named after someone, no?

Yeah for boys! And to think I used to be a man-hater... Congratulations Renee and Britton! I am glad you had such a fun time in Washington and that you got to see Kirsten. That is great! I owe you a phone date- so expect a call from me soon!

P.S. Have you seen the Harold B. Lee Library commercial called "New Spice?" It is a spin off of the Old-Spice commercial and I think you would love it. Apparently the library now has a snack zone... now people can eat without having to be sneaky.

So the best part is when Will comes home from his mission, he'll have a few months home before his little brother leaves on his mission. ;-) Long-term planning...

Renee, I'm so happy for you guys. I keep coming back to this, just to look and feel happy. I love the idea of another little boy like Will in the world. And isn't amazing to think that he'll be like Will in some ways, but will be a new person, with his own personality? As for a name, doesn't Britton have any other old friends that he made son-naming pacts with? I'm sure you'll come up with a good name to suit your new little one :)
